OUR CONGREGATION'S MISSION
Our mission is to proclaim God's word as written in the Bible.
We do this through Worship, Sacraments, Study and Service.
We rejoice in forgiveness and a new beginning through our
faith in
Jesus Christ.
We support in prayer and service our congregation,
community, nation and world.
We treasure the warmth of our church family, their time and
talents, the youth and our history.
We eagerly extend our hand of friendship.

February's Mission Project
During the month of February the Sunday School will support the churchs Mission project. As most of
you know, the people of Haiti are in great need after the devastating earthquake that destroyed homes, businesses,
and lives. Springfield Presbyterian Church would like to help the people of Haiti. For the month of
February we are going to collect money so that we can purchase supplies for health and hygiene kits. The kits
will contain everyday items that we take for granted, such as soap, toothbrushes, band aids. Please see Sue
Holmes or Beth Oates if you have questions about this important mission.
